Welcome to Alfored Private Limited. By registering as a Distributor,
Associate, or Business Partner through our website
www.alfored.in, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern your relationship with Alfored Private Limited and
your participation in our Direct Selling Business Plan.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the registration form and becoming a member of Alfored
Private Limited, you agree to comply with all applicable laws,
company policies, procedures, and future amendments issued by the company.
2. Eligibility
- The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- The applicant must possess a valid Government-issued Identity Proof.
- The information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
- Only one Distributor ID is allowed per individual unless otherwise permitted by the company.
3. Independent Distributor Status
Every registered member acts as an Independent Direct Seller and not as an
employee, agent, franchisee, or legal representative of Alfored Private Limited.
Registration does not create any employer-employee relationship.
4. Products
Alfored Private Limited offers genuine and quality products through its
Direct Selling network. Product prices, availability, specifications,
and packaging may change without prior notice.
5. Income Disclaimer
Earnings in the Alfored Direct Selling Business depend entirely upon
individual efforts, sales performance, customer acquisition,
leadership abilities, and team development. The company does not
guarantee any fixed income, salary, profit, or financial success.
6. Business Ethics
- Members shall conduct business honestly, ethically, and professionally.
- False commitments, misleading income claims, or misrepresentation of products are strictly prohibited.
- Members shall not engage in activities that may damage the company's reputation.
- Distributors must comply with all applicable Direct Selling Rules and Consumer Protection regulations.
7. Payment & Commissions
Incentives, bonuses, commissions, and rewards shall be calculated strictly
according to the company's Compensation Plan and applicable policies.
The company reserves the right to modify the Compensation Plan whenever required.
8. KYC Verification
The company may require valid KYC documents including PAN Card,
Aadhaar Card, Bank Account details, and other supporting documents
before releasing commissions or incentives.
9. Refund & Return Policy
Product returns and refunds shall be processed according to the official
Refund & Return Policy of Alfored Private Limited. Refund requests
must fulfill the company's eligibility criteria.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Alfored Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any
Distributor account without prior notice if any member:
- Violates company policies.
- Provides false or misleading information.
- Engages in fraudulent or unethical business activities.
- Violates applicable laws or Direct Selling guidelines.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product names, marketing materials, website
content, graphics, software, and business documents are the exclusive
property of Alfored Private Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction,
or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration shall be handled
according to the company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
The company will not sell or disclose personal information except where
required by law or necessary for business operations.
13. Limitation of Liability
Alfored Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation
in the Direct Selling Business or use of its products and services.
14. Modification of Terms
The company reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms
& Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation
in the business shall constitute acceptance of such revised terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the competent courts where the Registered Office of
Alfored Private Limited is situated.
16. Declaration
By clicking the "I Agree" checkbox and submitting the
registration form, you confirm that:
- You have carefully read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- You agree to comply with the company's policies and business rules.
- The information provided by you is true and correct.
- You are joining the business voluntarily without any pressure or coercion.
